What exactly is the name of these fire sword, like the one Rurik's has?

Question answered. If you want to discuss it, there are plenty of threads about it this sword and other swords and weapons already out there. And if you're wondering what drops it, it is dropped by many creatures all over Tyria. Just have to keep your fingers crossed.
